Following your enquiry, we will visit your site to discuss your needs, and provide you with a written estimate or quote.
We have different ways of working to suit your needs.
We have a full complement of building and construction trades available to ensure that your job or project is completed on time and within budget.
We are able to offer a full suite of services including:
- Carrying out a small job such as a repair or service to equipment.
- Repairs to a buildings fabric such as is caused by damp and decay.
- Roofing repairs or replacement including timber and steel work.
- Electrical, plumbing, gas, oil and drainage installations.
- We can complete one work element within your job or project alongside other trades.
- We can provide all of the required trades and work with you or your architect.
- We can project manage everything that is required to complete your project from the ground works to roofing and the final interior finish. We can provide all trades and services.
- If required we can offer a full project management service for your project and work with your tradesmen, suppliers and architect.
In all cases we will identify, in advance, any foreseeable significant risks or issues that you should consider because they will affect the progress, cost or nature of the work.
If you wish us to project manage your work we will, within an agreed time, draw up an outline working plan identifying the operations, materials, components, timings and payments needed to complete the work. The estimated total cost, expected completion date and details of any important events along the way will be confirmed in writing. Regular project meetings will be held to discuss progress and ensure work is to going to plan. Any issues that are identified will be dealt with here and a solution agreed.
Building and construction work can be noisy, dusty and messy. As much as possible we will minimise this and, in any event, we will clear up afterwards and remove any waste. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work.
You will be given contact details, during your project, to raise any concerns you may have.
Our normal hours of work on site are 0800 to 1630 hrs, Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break at 1230 hrs.
